Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Bloomin Learning Private Limited collects when you use bloomappsc.com and learn.bloomappsc.com, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what the product needs to work, we don't sell it, and you can delete it.

What we collect

• Account: your name, email, and profile picture, as shared by Google when you sign in; and which exam you tell us you're preparing for.
• Study data: reading progress, bookmarks, practice answers and confidence declarations — this is what powers resume, review queues, and your calibration.
• Payments: handled entirely by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of a payment (your email, the amount, a payment ID) — never your card, UPI, or banking details.
• Technical: basic logs and device information needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

• To unlock what you've purchased and keep it unlocked across devices.
• To sync your progress and make lessons and pages you've opened available offline on your device.
• To respond when you write to us, and to send service messages (a purchase confirmation, a refund confirmation).
• Pages you read are watermarked with your account email — a visible protection on the material itself.

Where it lives

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers — Supabase (database and authentication) and Vercel (hosting) — and moves over encrypted connections. Google provides sign-in. Razorpay processes payments. These processors receive only what their function requires.

What we never do

• We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
• We do not send marketing on behalf of third parties.
• We do not read more from your Google account than name, email, and picture.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser storage for your session (so you stay signed in) and for the offline cache (so lessons and pages you've opened replay without a network). No third-party advertising cookies.

Your rights

• Delete: Profile → Delete account inside the app permanently removes your account and data; or email us and we'll do it for you.
• Access/correct: write to us and we'll share or fix what we hold about you.
