What we build

Indian competitive-exam preparation runs on photocopied notes and crowded classrooms. Aspirants are handed a syllabus with no order to it, no sense of what actually gets asked, and no way to tell whether their own written answers are any good. Most of them study alone.

Our answer is a single platform that carries a candidate from the first page to the exam hall. It holds the study material we author, the video lesson that teaches each chapter, the practice built from real past papers, and the machinery that reads a candidate's written answer and tells them where it fell short.

Our two products

One company, one codebase, one content pipeline. The two brands exist because the two examinations are set differently, not because they are separate businesses.

The platform and how it is built

Everything a candidate touches is a web application. There is no app store download and no offline media to pirate.

• Access and identity. Sign-in is via Google. A purchase made through Razorpay attaches an entitlement to the buyer's email, and the platform unlocks the matching material automatically, usually within a minute of payment.
• Video delivery. Every chapter has a narrated lesson, encoded to adaptive HLS and served from a CDN with signed, referrer-restricted playback tokens so a paid lesson cannot be hotlinked or redistributed.
• Answer evaluation. Our evaluation engine accepts a photographed handwritten answer, reads it, and returns a marked scan with per-criterion scoring and written feedback. This is the most compute-intensive part of the product and the part we expect to grow fastest.
• Content production. The books and lessons are produced through our own authoring pipeline rather than typed by hand, which is how a small team ships hundreds of illustrated pages and dozens of narrated lessons per subject.
• Anti-piracy. Pages are watermarked per account. Material found circulating traces back to the account that leaked it.

The stack is entirely cloud-hosted: managed Postgres for application data and entitlements, serverless functions for the API, a CDN-backed video origin, and hosted inference for the evaluation and authoring engines. Our fastest-growing cost line is inference and video processing, both of which scale directly with the number of aspirants on the platform.
