These terms govern your use of bloomappsc.com and learn.bloomappsc.com ("BLOOM APPSC"), operated by Bloomin Learning Private Limited, Kamalapuram, YSR District (Kadapa), Andhra Pradesh ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing, you agree to them.

What we provide

Digital study material for the APPSC Group 1 and Group 2 examinations — notes, narrated video lessons, and practice questions — delivered through our web platform. Content is added and updated on the calendar published on the site.

Your account

• Sign-in is via Google. One account belongs to one aspirant — it is personal and non-transferable.
• Purchases unlock on the email you paid with. Pay with your Google email so access matches automatically; if they differ, write to us and we'll connect them.

Your licence to the material

• What you buy is a personal, non-transferable licence to study the material — not ownership of it, and not a right to redistribute it.
• No sharing accounts, no reselling, no re-publishing, no bulk downloading or scraping, no screen-recording lessons for distribution.
• Pages are watermarked with the account holder's email. Material found circulating traces back to the account that leaked it, and that account may be terminated.

Payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay — we never see or store your card, UPI, or banking credentials.
• Every purchase carries a 7-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee — see the Refund Policy.
• Upgrades work as stated on the site: what you've already paid counts toward the larger course; you pay the difference.

What we don't promise

• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC).
• We promise honest, careful material — we cannot and do not promise selection, rank, or marks.
• Exam dates and syllabus references follow official APPSC notifications; where they change, we follow.

Fair use and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms — sharing, redistribution, scraping, payment abuse, or unlawful use. Where the breach is the reason, refund eligibility is at our discretion.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at YSR District (Kadapa), Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

If these terms change, the current version lives at this page with its effective date above. Material changes to what you've purchased won't reduce what you've already paid for.
